John was patient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from showing us around for days to navigating NC real estate laws and helping sort through paperwork remotely. He went above and beyond in helping us, especially since we were 1000s of miles away. John is attentive, responsive, patient, and smart. "I could not have found a more perfect realtor for me. I am now living in Indiana, but had a house to sell in Clayton, NC. My realtor in Indiana had referred me to John. From our intitial meeting on I was completely comfortable with him and knew he was looking out for me. He guided me through what was necessary to get my house on the market and to get the best offer on my house. Even though I was 10 hrs away, I was always able to reach him. He always listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. When decesions had to be made, he would tell me all my options and help me choose the one that was best for me. I highly recommend him to anyone, whether you are selling or buying a house."

"We worked with John Rines through a work relocation company and he made our move to NC very smooth. We appreciated his calm and collected approach through the entire transition. He is extremely professional and attentive to details, always helping to move the process forward. This was really helpful for us as we were dealing with many moving parts during the move from out of state and into a new job. He also really took the time to get to know us and our needs through the consultation process. When we came to NC on the house-hunting trip, it was very well-organized and extremely productive. In fact, his analysis was so thorough that we eventually ended-up purchasing the first house he showed us! This was a new construction home and he also guided us through the whole process, took the time to show up to all of our meetings with the builder, and helped follow-through on all communications. We felt like we were in safe hands and would highly recommend working with John. He is very responsive and personable, and you will feel like he is completely present and focused on your needs."

"John is the consummate professional. He assisted me in purchasing a home and then selling my exisiting home. He has a wealth of knowledge. His photographer and videographer did a stellar job. So much so that a couple from California purchased my home without every visiting the location. In addition, he saved me thousands of dollars when it came to small repairs to the home after inspection. "John was excellent to work with. We were relocating to the Raleigh area but had a specific local area we wanted to be in. The market was very hot for that area and John kept us well advised on what was on the market with daily updates on new properties coming available. We were able to find a home in the area that met our needs then he came through with a support network that enabled us to secure great financing and a quick easy closing.
