Helen Tam (譚胡婉嫻), a dedicated full-time real estate professional since 1988, was born and educated in Hong Kong before she relocated to the U.S. in 1976. She started out with York Properties as a full time agent in 1988; the company later merged with Simpson Underwood in 2002 to become York Simpson Underwood Realty. In 2008, the company became Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty, and in 2013 it became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood.
