About Mark

As in my previous endeavors I promise to put you and your family first. Customer service is not something to be taken lightly. I strive for excellence in all I do. Completion of tasks, in their entirety is paramount if we are to succeed. Plan on speaking to me on the phone as well as texting and emails. Some might call me a bit old fashioned but I prefer to speak to you face to face or on the phone. I find it the best way to communicate. I have been married for 39 years, have two sons and 2 beautiful grandchildren that know just how to wrap me around their fingers. I have called the Triad my home for 40 years and love all the area has to offer. My previous business experience was 40 years supplying wood products to the furniture industry. The last 20 of those years owning and managing my own company. As I said, once committed, I stay on task. I have traveled to many parts of the globe and have made life long friends in many places.
