About Stacey

Stacey grew up in Connecticut and moved to Savannah, GA with her husband prior to getting station to FT. Bragg. In 2001, Stacey became a first-grade teacher at Pinehurst Elementary School and while teaching in Moore County, Stacey led the Courtesy Committee and served on the Student Support Team.

 

During her tenure with Moore County Schools, Stacey became a Highly Qualified teacher and she won the National PEAK (Positive Energy and Kindness) Award from the Ron Clark Academy.

 

After leaving Moore County Schools in 2009, Stacey has continued to be an active volunteer, with the Pet Responsibility program, PTA, and serving on the Board of Education for Moore County Schools. From 2011 to 2014, Caldwell worked as a part-time preschool teacher at Little People Loving and Learning Preschool.

 

In 2014, Stacey had the pleasure of working as a commercial and residential real estate assistant to Bill Smith at Berkshire Hathaway. In the Summer of 2018, with Bill's encouragement, Stacey got her real estate license to venture on her own.

 

Stacey's work ethic is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. She strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Stacey recognizes that all her clients are top priority and listening is the key to understanding what her clients wants and needs are. Stacey feels her background as a military wife, a parent, a former teacher, and someone who is actively involved with her community have been a great asset to the BHHS family.
