After living in places as different as Wisconsin, Kentucky, and the Washington, D.C. area, I relocated to North Carolina and fell in love with its natural beauty and dynamic blend of urban and rural communities. Now, as a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty, I help buyers and sellers navigate the residential real estate market with clarity and confidence.

My own experience purchasing a home in North Carolina gave me firsthand insight into the emotions and decisions involved in buying and selling property. I bring empathy, humor, and an ability to zero in on what’s most relevant to meeting your real estate goals.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and editorial strategy, I also bring high-level property marketing to every transaction, from compelling listing descriptions to targeted exposure and steady contract guidance.

Before my journey into real estate, I founded and led a small theater company in Washington, D.C., where I managed budgets, directed teams, and brought complex projects to completion.
